“I am a passionate believer in the joy of the voice, who believes in the value of every performer’s journey throughout their development. I am often moved when my groups’ hard work creates a moment of magic.
As a teacher and performance coach I use a variety of techniques to ‘uncover’ the most deeply hidden qualities of each individual. As a solid mezzo-soprano I understand through experience the value of being able to adapt and meld the varying quality and range of each voice. My desire when working with groups is to harness the shared communal experience and create something of beauty through hard work; without losing sight of the core reason of why we do this.”
